Following last year’s #Passionista #WearYourPassion campaign with my lovely Electrolux family, this year’s #DelightfulE campaign is just as… delightful!
What I love about working with Electrolux is they really live and breathe customer service, their tagline “Thinking about you” is something evident – in the way they think about innovations in their products, down to the thoughtful details during events I’ve had with them. Recently, Electrolux moved to its new home in BGC and an event to welcome friends of the brand in media and the blogosphere was held.
Since the kitchen is the heart of most homes, especially for us Filipinos, the event also featured cooking demos by its brand ambassadors and yes, you can share in my own mother’s surprise that I was included in this formidable task!
After Chef Rosebud and Cheska Garcia Kramer shared their own favorite recipes, it was my turn to share and demonstrate my “speciality”.
Thanks for the photo Jane!
Of course being the occasionaly cook that I am, the dish I demonstrated is super simple but mind you, super yummy! This was a recipe I learned from my friend Chef Golda Liamzon who is also a busy mom and businesswoman like me.
My Quick Bangus Belly dish which I now call my Easy Open Relleno!
I love cooking this because it is simple and quick but also delicious and healthy. Imagine just popping this beauty in the toaster oven and after a few minutes, you can feed your family with a healthy, filling meal.
Duringt the event, I also tested the recipe using the Electrolux oven, baked it at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. The photo below is not styled at all thus you can see the brown crusty parts of dried juices at the sides. Don’t mind that, I guarantee this is a delicious one!
Go ahead and try this dish at home. Don’t forget to live life #DelightfulE!
