Now more than ever, I wish for experiences outdoors, enjoying nature, and just relaxing amidst greens, fresh air and trees. On my recent trip to Taiwan (my post on that is here) I really enjoyed being in nature, whether it be professionally landscaped places, or natural, unadulterated locations, it is truly a different experience to be under the sky and enjoy God’s creations. Here are some snapshots from that trip and you’ll know what I mean…
The Toucheng Leisure Farm hotel where we stayed overnight…
Connected to Toucheng is the Cang Jiu winery
and a short hike which brought us to the farm
We went carrot picking
Visited a dream-like field of Calla Lilies
and you can actually just buy lillies by the roadside
and the Yangmingshan National Park where there were beautiful and interesting flora and foliage
I was “blown away” by these trees that look like they have been “blown away”:)
Loved that my Taiwan experience had given me this time out in nature!
Will be writing about my nature tripping in Canada next!
